When you first receive the hair gently wash and condition it WITHOUT removing/cutting the white zip ties. After washing comb the hair gently removing any tangles, and let it air dry. Please try not to blow dry the hair. Examine the quality once its air dried for any issues such as tangling, shedding, etc. You have THREE BUSINESS DAYS to perform this quality check from the date the hair is delivered. If you notice any problems with the hair once its air dried DO NOT use it in any manner. Please contact us immediately, and we will gladly exchange it for you. If the hair is cut, colored, or installed we cannot make an exchange, and the sale is final. Ladies, please get this hair installed by a licensed professional to get the best results. Please follow these directions BEFORE getting the hair installed, and you'll never end up with a bad bundle. Failure to follow these directions will void any and all warranties, and sale will be considered final.
